How can we help organisations?

We provide infrastructure support to any charity / group that needs help to recruit volunteers, we share experience and good practice and we are always on hand when a volunteering need may arise.

We enable communities and people to connect to allow the power of volunteers to impact the community in the most effective way possible.

We provide a brokerage service matching prospective volunteers with the most suitable volunteering opportunity.

We can also organise bespoke recruitment campaigns targeted to you volunteer requirements.

How it Works

We understand that trying something new can be a bit scary, feeling apprehensive and unsure is a normal reaction. So, when it comes to volunteering, we try to help you throughout the process by offering advice and support. We have time to talk about volunteering with you, in order to help you to achieve your personal volunteering objectives.

We are working with many local charities and have a range of different volunteering opportunities that we are happy to discuss with you. Hopefully we can find something rewarding and enjoyable for everyone.

Please explore our database to see some of the opportunities that are currently available or alternatively please contact Gill Ball for a chat and some more information:

Please note that some roles will require an up-to-date DBS certificate and possibly references relating to previous experience, assistance with both these can be provided if needed.

Remember

·      It is important to find the right volunteering role for you, so it is okay to explore several different roles before making a decision.

·      Only commit to the amount of time that you know you can manage easily. In most cases it would be possible to do more hours, if you want to, however it is more difficult to reduce your hours if you find you have over committed.

·      Volunteering should fit in with your existing commitments
